Intellectual Property Rights

Governing Law

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Altiva Finance agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND ALTIVA FINANCE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any Content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing:

Termination

Specific Disclosures

Professional Services

The Site provides information about our professional accounting, CFO advisory, tax, and financial services. Engagement for professional services is subject to a separate written agreement and is not governed by these Terms alone.

No Accountant-Client Relationship

Visiting this Site or submitting an inquiry does not create an accountant-client, advisor-client, or any other professional relationship between you and Altiva Finance. Such relationships are formed only through a signed engagement letter or services agreement.
